Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Laços da Naya, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 7days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Be in the same condition as when they were received.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or customised/personalised (unless they are faulty).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
